* Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional background in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, or Consulting.

* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Male, aged 20–30, with at least 2 years of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, preferably within power plants.
* Placement: PLTM Sungai Buaya, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra (local residents prioritized).
6. Solar PV (PLTS) Technician
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, featuring 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in solar panel maintenance, inverter systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and DC/AC protection networks.
* Core Duties: Executing preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting for solar installations.
7. Solar PV (PLTS) Operator
* Requirements: Vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
* Core Duties: Monitoring plant performance, executing basic troubleshooting, maintaining safety protocols (HSE/K3), writing operational reports, and working effectively in rotating shifts.
