## Position Overview and Qualifications
The Embassy is inviting qualified Indonesian and Japanese nationals to apply for one available position focused on economic diplomacy. Candidates must demonstrate excellence, integrity, and a proactive approach to strengthening international relations.
Eligibility Criteria
* Age Range: Applicants must be between 25 and 40 years old.
* Residency and Work Authorization: Applicants must hold valid identification and legal work authorization in Japan. Please note that student or internship visas are not eligible.
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) is required. Preferred fields include Economics, Development Economics, Business/Management, International Trade, International Relations, Economic Law, or Statistics.
* Language Proficiency:
* Indonesian Applicants: Must hold a JLPT N2 certificate or higher.
* Japanese Applicants: Must demonstrate proficiency in both Indonesian and English (to be verified via certification or interview).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and design tools like Canva is essential.
* Additional Requirements:
* Possession of a valid Japanese driver's license.
* A clean criminal record verified by a formal statement.
* Medical fitness (subject to verification during the interview stage).
* No conflict of interest regarding existing embassy staff or relatives.
* Preferred Assets: Prior professional experience in government institutions, foreign missions, chambers of commerce, economic research centers, or Japanese corporations.

The Selection Stages
