PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI, Kecamatan Bosar Maligas, Kabupaten Simalungun, Sumatera Utara – Indonesia, Kota Pematang Siantar, Sumatera Utara 1. Utility Improvement & Sustainability Assistant Manager What will you do? Lead utility performance optimization, reliability improvement, and cost efficiency initiatives. Drive utility improvement and sustainability programs, including energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and decarbonization projects. Identify, develop, and manage decarbonization projects such as renewable energy integration and emissions reduction, including feasibility studies and financial evaluations. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient utility operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience in utility operations within chemical or process manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of utility systems, energy management, and plant safety standards. Proven experience in sustainability initiatives, carbon emission reduction projects, and environmental compliance. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra. 2. Warehouse Team Leader What will you do? Lead daily warehouse operations and drive safe, efficient execution. Monitor 3PL performance, service levels, and warehouse KPIs. Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, reconciliation, and SAP/WMS transaction management. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve warehouse performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any major with 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations and 3PL management. Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics operations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Proactive with strong agility and proven ability to work on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra. 3. IT Services Engineer What will you do? Design, implement, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure and workplace IT systems. Perform commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of network and IT equipment. Lead and support infrastructure deployment, upgrade, migration, and improvement projects. Ensure reliability, security, and performance of network, server, workplace technology environments. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, IT Operations, or IT Service Delivery. Hands-on experience with networking technologies, servers, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and workplace infrastructure. Experience in infrastructure implementation, commissioning, system upgrades, or technology deployment projects. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra. 4. Community Development Officer (Calistung Monitoring & Evaluation) What will you do? Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Literacy & Numeracy (Calistung) programs to ensure achievement of program objectives and targets. Coordinate with consultants, schools, teachers, and relevant stakeholders to track program progress and deliverables. Conduct field visits to verify program implementation, data accuracy, and overall effectiveness. Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management and leadership review. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or Community Development. Experience in children’s education programs, community development, CSR, NGO, or social impact initiatives. Good understanding of program monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Willing to conduct field visits and engage with schools, teachers, and local communities. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra. 5. Engineering Mobility – Workplace Services (Facility Management) What will you do? Manage office facilities and employee accommodation, ensuring buildings, infrastructure, and utilities are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. Lead building maintenance, renovation, and estate projects, including planning, budgeting, contractor management, and execution monitoring. Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers while monitoring performance, SLA compliance, budgets, and HSE requirements. Ensure compliance with HSE, legal, and company requirements, including facility records, permits, and contracts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities, building, estate management, or general affairs. Proven experience managing building maintenance, renovation projects, utilities, accommodation, and contractor/vendor coordination. Strong knowledge of facility operations, preventive maintenance, HSE compliance, budgeting, cost control, and project execution. Proficient in Ms. office, Power BI and data reporting skills are an advantage. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
