We are currently looking for skilled, experienced Flight Attendants who are ready to elevate their careers. Beyond performing safety briefings and managing cabin operations, you will be expected to foster a welcoming, professional atmosphere that aligns with our commitment to operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
* Conducting comprehensive in-flight safety briefings and managing emergency procedures.
* Assisting with efficient boarding and disembarkation processes.
* Maintaining impeccable cabin standards and cleanliness throughout the flight.
* Delivering high-quality customer service while addressing passenger inquiries and needs.
* Ensuring strict compliance with aviation regulations and internal company policies.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and meet the following criteria:
* Education and Experience: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; previous experience as a Flight Attendant is mandatory.
* Certification: Must hold a valid Indonesian DGCA Flight Attendant Certificate (FAC). Candidates should be A320 rated or non-rated with a valid recurrent and competency check completed in 2024.
* Documentation: A valid passport and a second-class Certificate of Medical (COM) with at least six months of remaining validity.
* Physical Standards:
* Women: Minimum height of 160 cm (barefoot).
* Men: Minimum height of 170 cm (barefoot).
* Universal: Minimum arm reach of 210 cm.
* Appearance: No visible tattoos and no dental braces.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential. Fluency in Mandarin or additional foreign languages is highly advantageous.
* Flexibility: Candidates must be in excellent health, able to join immediately, and willing to be based in MDC, DPS, CGK, or other locations as required by the company.
