## Join Our Team: SAP Production Administrator
PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Surabaya. As an SAP Production Administrator, you will be integral to the efficiency of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that data accuracy and operational flow are maintained at the highest standards.
Core Responsibilities
* SAP Transaction Management: Oversee all SAP-related production activities, including the precise recording of Goods Receipts (GR), Goods Issues (GI), and the tracking of material consumption and factory supplies.
* Production Material Oversight: Manage material reservations, conduct regular stock opname, maintain stock control, and serve as a primary point of contact for PPIC and Warehouse departments regarding material requirements.
* Data Reporting and Analysis: Input, consolidate, and monitor key production performance indicators, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics, production output reports (LPH), and operational data from filling, cartoning, and palletizing areas.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any field.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience as a Production or SAP Administrator within a manufacturing environment.
3. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in SAP software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
4. Soft Skills: A meticulous approach to data, strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to work effectively within a high-pressure production environment.
5. Availability: Must be willing to work in shift patterns and be based in Surabaya.
