## Current Career Opportunity: OCP Assistant (Purchasing Fresh Fruit Bunches / TBS Assistant)
Teladan Prima Agro is expanding its operational excellence team and currently seeking a dedicated professional to manage fresh fruit bunch procurement at the company's plantation sites.
Core Responsibilities
* Cultivate and sustain strong, collaborative partnerships with independent farmers and suppliers through scheduled field visits and transparent communication.
* Execute rigorous quality inspections and grading procedures for Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB/TBS) to meet strict corporate standards.
* Facilitate the issuance of administrative documentation concerning FFB purchasing contracts.
* Cross-reference incoming FFB deliveries against the Daily Production Report (LHP) of each respective mill to ensure absolute accuracy.
* Compile and finalize weekly FFB pricing documentation.
* Oversee administrative workflows and documentation processes related to supplier payment claims.
* Deliver precise, timely reports regarding all FFB purchasing expenditures.
* Maintain a systematic, highly organized digital and physical archive of all procurement documents.
* Conduct continuous market intelligence to monitor competitor pricing trends and procurement strategies.
Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 (three) years of hands-on experience in FFB procurement collaborations, vendor management, or serving as a Plasma Assistant.
* Key Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, a collaborative team-player mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Work Location: Plantation Site, East Kalimantan.
