## Position Available: Estate Accounting Officer Trainee
We are currently recruiting for the position of Estate Accounting Officer Trainee. This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our plantation sites.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage the full spectrum of plantation accounting and administrative functions, which include but are not limited to:
* Financial Documentation: Executing accurate data entry for journal vouchers.
* Reconciliation: Performing routine bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
* Fiscal Compliance: Managing tax-related documentation and obligations.
* Payroll Management: Overseeing the systematic processing of employee compensation.

## Qualifications and Requirements
