PT Sinergi Patriot Kota Bekasi (Perseroda), a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) focused on the energy sector, is officially opening a recruitment process for the position of Director for the 2025–2030 term. We are seeking visionary, professional, and dedicated leadership to manage the company’s oil, gas, and renewable energy resources to drive sustainable growth in Bekasi City. ## General Eligibility Requirements
All applicants must adhere to the following baseline requirements to be considered for this leadership role:
* Citizenship: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) with a valid electronic ID card (KTP-EL).
* Health Standards: Possess physical and mental fitness certified by a government hospital (RSUD), alongside a clean drug-free status.
* Integrity: Must provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) and possess no history of criminal records, specifically regarding state financial losses.
* Professional Standing: Must not have been dismissed dishonorably from previous employment or linked to the bankruptcy of any entity previously under their direction.
* Age Limits: Applicants must be between 35 and 55 years of age at the time of initial application.
* Conflict of Interest: No family ties (up to the third degree) with the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, or the Board of Commissioners of PT Sinergi Patriot Kota Bekasi.

* Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S-1).
* Managerial Experience: At least five years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a legal entity.

* Commitment: Ability to serve in a full-time capacity, with a willingness to resign from existing positions (including political, government, or other corporate boards) if appointed.
