1. Production Assistant
* Role: Oversee and coordinate all production requirements to ensure seamless transitions between pre-production, active filming, and post-production phases.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least one year of experience in a production house or broadcast station.
2. Sales Manager
* Role: Lead revenue growth by implementing high-impact sales strategies, managing the sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with strategic partners.
* Requirements: Minimum of 7 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within media or licensing.
3. Sales Specialist
* Role: Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, conducting competitive market analysis, and securing client agreements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing. Exceptional English proficiency is mandatory.
4. Data Engineer
* Role: Build and maintain the robust data architecture that powers data-driven decision-making across RCTI+ and the MNC Group.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or Informatics with 2–3 years of professional experience.
5. Paid Ads Specialist
* Role: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to meet growth targets.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
6. Account Executive
* Role: Manage digital sales pipelines, conduct client pitching, and negotiate branded content agreements.
* Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Media or Digital Sales. Must be proficient in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ad performance metrics.
7. Senior Accounting Officer (Consolidation)
* Role: Handle financial consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and month-end closing processes while ensuring compliance with IFRS/PSAK standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 2–4 years of experience and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
8. Road Manager
* Role: Manage artist itineraries, travel logistics, and production coordination, serving as the primary point of contact for promoters and venues.
* Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in Event Organization or Account Management with excellent problem-solving skills.
9. AI Prompter
* Role: Translate drama scripts into visual breakdowns and generate consistent AI-driven imagery, video sequences, and character designs.
* Requirements: Proficiency in AI generation tools, camera work, screen direction, and offline video editing techniques.
