1. Sr. PSC Management Officer
This position requires a deep understanding of the Exploration and Production (E&P) business environment.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Finance, or Petroleum Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 8 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
* Expertise: Proficiency in techno-commercial aspects of petroleum arrangements, including Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs), Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs), and Unitization Agreements (UAs).
2. Sr. Risk Management & Emergency Response Officer
Focused on maintaining high safety standards, this role is critical for operational continuity.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience: 8–10 years in crisis management, HSE, or high-hazard operations.
* Key Skills: Mastery of Incident Command Systems (ICS), root cause analysis, and the ability to orchestrate large-scale emergency drills. Certifications like TapRooT, SCAT, or Tripod Beta are highly advantageous.
3. Maintenance Planner
This role is essential for optimizing equipment reliability and systemic efficiency.
* Education: Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: 8–10 years in Oil & Gas maintenance activities.
* Key Skills: Expertise in SAP or similar CMMS tools, and a strong background in reliability engineering methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, and RBI.
4. Administration Assistant
An organizational role requiring precision and professional discretion.
* Education: Diploma in Business Administration or Management.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in office management or related administrative roles.
* Key Skills: Strong communication abilities, high attention to detail, and proficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
5. Mechanical Technician (Offshore)
A hands-on role dedicated to maintaining rotating and static equipment.
* Education: Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience: 10+ years in offshore oil & gas or petrochemical process industries.
* Technical Requirements: Proven expertise in gas turbine generators (GTG), compressors, pumps, and vessel maintenance. Valid certifications, such as MIGAS or DISNAKER crane operation, are highly desirable.
6. Instrument Technician (Offshore)
This position manages the critical control systems that ensure facility safety and performance.
* Education: Technical Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related discipline.
* Experience: 10+ years in offshore operations.
* Technical Requirements: Hands-on experience with DCS (specifically Honeywell systems), SIS, and FGS. Knowledge of industrial IT networking and Functional Safety (IEC 61511) is essential.
