We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following technical and operational roles at our South Sumatra facility:
Operational Roles: DCS Specialists
These positions are ideal for candidates who possess strong analytical skills and a desire to work in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
* Operator, DCS Wet End and Chemical
* Operator, DCS Paper Machine
* Operator, DCS Winder
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of relevant industry experience is considered a significant advantage.
* Demonstrable knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and industrial pulp and paper processes.
* Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure in a rotating shift schedule.
Specialist Roles: Automation and Engineering
For experienced professionals, we offer challenging opportunities to lead complex technical processes and infrastructure maintenance.
1. Specialist, Automation Paper Machine
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering with at least 4 years of experience.
* Core Competencies: Must be proficient in monitoring and modifying DCS/PLC applications, resolving automation faults, and maintaining a deep understanding of paper quality parameters.
2. Specialist, Electrical Paper Machine
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
* Core Competencies: Extensive familiarity with PLC, DCS, VFD, MCC, generators, transformers, and electrical protection systems. Prior experience in paper machine commissioning and startup is highly preferred.
3. Specialist, Instrument Paper Machine
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
* Core Competencies: Expert-level knowledge of process instrumentation, DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and QCS systems (e.g., Valmet, Yokogawa). Excellent troubleshooting skills in industrial control systems are essential.
4. Specialist, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with at least 4 years of experience.
* Core Competencies: Proven experience in implementing TPM methodologies, optimizing OEE, and applying Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.
