To support our continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Certification Specialist.
## Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our technical expertise and our clients' needs. Your primary duties will include:
* Program Support: Assisting in the execution of strategic marketing and sales initiatives to expand our market presence.
* Documentation Management: Drafting professional proposals, detailed quotations, and service contracts, while coordinating project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
* Stakeholder Relations: Maintaining clear, professional, and effective communication channels with current and prospective clients as well as strategic partners.
## Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of technical acumen and commercial expertise. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing or sales capacity. Previous experience within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector is considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with international and local management/technical standards, such as ISO, IEC, and SNI.
* Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
* Skill Set: Proven ability in presentation, negotiation, and building professional networks within the industrial sector.
* Personal Attributes: A motivated, disciplined, and honest professional who thrives in a team environment, works well under pressure, and is willing to travel or work overtime when project demands arise.
