## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass several critical areas:
* Staff Management: Oversee daily department operations and guide team productivity.
* Recruiting and Hiring: Spearhead talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals.
* Global Performance Management: Implement and monitor evaluation frameworks across international standards.
* HR & GA Administration: Ensure seamless day-to-day human resources and general affairs operations.
* Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll structures, incentives, and PPh21 tax compliance.
* Policies and Legal Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce robust company policies while ensuring strict adherence to labor laws.
* Employee Relations: Foster a harmonious workplace culture and resolve internal grievances effectively.
* Asset Management: Oversee the administration and security of company assets.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Educational Background
* Must hold at least a Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a closely related field.
Professional Experience
