## The Role: Quality Control (QC) Operator
We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven professional to join our production team as a QC Operator. In this role, you will be the final line of defense, ensuring that every batch of resin meets our stringent internal specifications and international quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
To maintain our reputation for excellence, the QC Operator will be responsible for the following daily operations:
* Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all QC laboratory instruments and testing equipment remain in optimal working condition.
* Calibration: Managing the precise calibration of spectrophotometers and conducting routine verification of all measuring devices.
* Sampling and Inspection: Performing systematic resin sampling and verifying product color consistency against established master standards.
* Color Correction: Modifying and adjusting color formulas when batches deviate from approved quality parameters.
* Quality Analysis: Conducting thorough inspections of ASH content levels within the resin products.
* Documentation: Generating accurate daily reports regarding inspection findings to maintain production traceability.
## Required Technical Competencies
To be successful in this technical role, candidates should possess a solid foundation in industrial testing and manufacturing processes:
* Proficiency in color matching techniques and the operation of injection molding machinery.
* Experience using specialized color measurement instruments and their associated analytical software.
* Strong computer literacy, specifically within the Microsoft Office suite.
* A keen eye for detail with the ability to perform under production-driven timelines.
* Fundamental knowledge of Quality Control principles, international color standards, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
## Professional Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate both educational aptitude and practical readiness. You must meet one of the following criteria:
* Vocational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in Engineering or Chemistry, complemented by at least two years of relevant professional experience.
* Academic Background: Recent graduates holding at least a Diploma (DIII) in any Engineering discipline.
Preferred Assets
While the above qualifications are required, candidates possessing the following will be given priority:
* Demonstrable understanding of ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards.
* Prior hands-on experience working in a dedicated Quality Control department.
