## Role Overview: HR & GA Korean Speaker
* Bilingual Communication & Translation: Act as the primary interpreter during meetings, briefings, and daily operational discussions while accurately translating crucial business documents and emails.
* Expatriate Administration: Manage legal documentation, including working visas, residence permits, and related governmental compliance procedures for Korean personnel.
* Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection cycles to attract top-tier talent matching our operational needs.
* HR & GA Operations: Handle day-to-day human resources administration, facility management, and general office coordination.
* Compensation & Benefits: Oversee accurate payroll processing and benefits administration for employees in alignment with company policies and local labor regulations.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for a proactive professional who combines administrative acumen with exceptional linguistic capabilities. To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Korean and Indonesian, demonstrated through strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Korean Studies, or a closely related academic discipline is preferred.

## Compensation Package
We believe in rewarding dedication and talent fairly. The successful candidate for this on-site contract role will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging between 7,000,000 IDR and 9,000,000 IDR, commensurate with prior experience and qualifications.
