## Management Trainee (Production Division)
We are looking for motivated candidates to fill key technical roles across our production departments, including Press Dies, Welding/Assy, Painting, QA/QC, and Maintenance.

* Mechanical Engineering
* Industrial Engineering
* Automotive Engineering
* Manufacturing Engineering

* Chemical Engineering / Industrial Chemistry
Core Requirements
* Male candidates, minimum 21 years of age.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

* Proven analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

General Qualifications
