We are seeking dedicated, innovative, and driven individuals to fill the following roles based in Jakarta, Bekasi, and Bogor.
1. HR Assistant Manager
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, and retention strategies. Ensure legal compliance, manage HRIS operations, and collaborate across departments to streamline performance management.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with at least 5 years of HR experience (3 years in a similar capacity, preferably in manufacturing). Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws is essential.
2. HR Administration Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Manage personnel documentation, payroll data, BPJS administration, and attendance records. Support daily HR operational tasks and ensure accurate employment record-keeping.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Must be highly detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), and experienced in HR or payroll administration.
3. Vocational Learning Center Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Support the development of the company’s new vocational learning center by assisting in curriculum design, HR planning, and the creation of standard operational procedures.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Vocational Education. Prior experience as an instructor or in non-formal education development is highly preferred.
4. Technical Instructor (Vocational Learning Center)
* Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs for polymer manufacturing and engineering. Assess participant competency and provide coaching to support professional growth.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering/Education. Expertise in polymer manufacturing and a training methodology certification (BNSP) are significant advantages. Locations: Jakarta & Gadog (Bogor).*
5. Finance & Accounting Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Manage financial operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, tax reporting, and the preparation of monthly financial statements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 1 year of experience. Strong tax knowledge and proficiency in accounting software are preferred.
6. Sustainability Associate
* Key Responsibilities: Analyze ESG data, support the preparation of the company’s Sustainability Report, and drive initiatives related to energy efficiency, waste management, and circular economy practices.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Engineering, or Management. 1–2 years of experience in ESG or sustainability is preferred; passion for impact-driven initiatives is a must.
7. SEO & Web Developer
* Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end SEO strategies, manage website performance, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads). Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance online brand presence.
* Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or SEO. Strong understanding of technical SEO, CMS platforms, and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
8. R&D Staff (Project-Based) – Natural Material Development
