Our Management Trainee (MT) program is meticulously designed to transform emerging talent into future industry leaders. This initiative offers a comprehensive pathway for professionals to gain hands-on experience, deep operational insights, and technical mastery within a high-growth manufacturing environment.
Eligibility and Candidate Profile
We are looking for passionate individuals who are ready to make a tangible impact. To be considered for our inaugural batch, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or Natural/Applied Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Food Technology, Agro-Technology, Animal Science, or related fields).
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals with no more than two years of relevant work experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years old.
* Key Competencies: Exceptional communication, refined leadership capabilities, and sharp analytical thinking skills.
* Location Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at the Evo Manufacturing (EMI) plant located in Tanjung Api-api, Banyuasin, South Sumatra.
