As our Business Development and Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador for Esin Group in Indonesia. This pivotal role involves guiding international investors, accelerating business expansion, and fostering synergy between our local office and regional headquarters. You will spearhead our market penetration strategy while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

* Client Engagement: Lead both virtual and face-to-face consultations, manage end-to-end proposal generation, oversee contract negotiations, and streamline payment coordination.
* Advisory Excellence: Educate foreign investors on establishing PT PMA (foreign-owned corporate entities) in Indonesia, navigate business visa frameworks, and advise on commercial leasing and ongoing compliance.
