## Key Responsibilities of the Role

* System Development: Spearheading the development and implementation of innovative robotic systems to enhance production efficiency.
* Autonomous Maintenance: Executing and overseeing autonomous maintenance protocols to ensure the longevity and reliability of robotic assets.
* Team Leadership: Managing engineering department productivity and staff discipline in strict accordance with company policies and industrial regulations.
* Project Oversight: Ensuring all engineering workflows are executed according to the strategic project plan, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.
## Required Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a forward-thinking professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering is strongly preferred.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a robotic engineering role.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of robotic systems and industrial utilities.
* Compliance Expertise: Proficiency in ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), K3LH (Health, Safety, and Environment standards), and 5S workplace methodology.
* Soft Skills:
