To qualify for our graduate program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Essential Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
* Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.

* Mobility: Must be willing to travel to project sites and branch offices across Indonesia and open to relocation as required.
