1. SCM Admin (Supply Chain Management)
As an SCM Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the seamless flow of logistics administration, vendor relations, and import-export documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, sort, and manage delivery orders and transporter invoices efficiently.
* Input and process logistical data using Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
* Verify invoice data accuracy prior to handovers with the Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP) departments.
* Support vendor management administration, including price comparisons, claim handling, contract registration, and periodic evaluations.
* Manage additional quotation paperwork from forwarders and transporters.
* Handle both digital and physical filing for import documentation.
* Prepare supporting certificates and documents for import procedures, alongside coordinating payment paperwork with the Finance division.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant major with at least 1 year of professional administrative experience.
* Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail regarding document management.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Fast learner, adaptable, highly disciplined, and proactive.
* Prior experience utilizing SAP is considered a distinct advantage.
* Willing to work under a third-party outsourcing contract.
* Work Location: Head Office – South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta.
2. Mill Operator
We are looking for a technically skilled Mill Operator to oversee production workflows, manage machinery efficiently, and ensure compliance with strict safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and regulate wheat flour manufacturing processes to strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Coordinate daily production team activities to maximize output efficiency and product quality.
* Operate complex milling machinery skillfully.
* Track raw material consumption rates and optimize overall production efficiency.
* Maintain rigorous quality control over finished goods according to corporate guidelines.
* Compile comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production logs.
* Enforce and adhere strictly to occupational health and safety (K3) regulations on the production floor.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Food Technology preferred).
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an Operator or Foreman, ideally within the flour milling or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.
* Strong technical comprehension of milling machinery and processing workflows.
* Capable of operating SCADA systems.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate in team environments.
* Honest, disciplined, highly responsible, and resilient under target-driven pressure.
* Willing to work in a rotating shift schedule.
* Work Location: Medan Factory.
3. Warehouse Checker
Warehouse Checkers are essential to maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating safe loading procedures, and preserving supply chain integrity on the warehouse floor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct shift handover briefings while enforcing workplace health, safety, and environmental (K3L) guidelines.
* Inspect packaged goods storage zones, tally production output accurately, and complete Production Handover Forms.
* Maintain strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory rotations for outgoing shipments and generate Transfer Order Slips.
* Coordinate seamlessly with Foremen, Loading Checkers, and Forklift Operators during loading sequences.
* Monitor fumigated inventory and process related service orders.
* Assist Quality Assurance (QA) personnel with load verifications for upcoming schedules and manage rejected or returned items.
* Maintain pristine organization throughout warehouse facilities and staging zones.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum High School (SMA) graduate or equivalent educational background.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant warehousing experience preferred.
* Computer literate with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Work Location: Cilegon Factory, Banten.
