Candidate Requirements
To ensure our team continues to meet our high standards, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in relevant fields, including Accounting, Agronomy, Agriculture, Management, Educational Technology, Human Resource Management, Education, Economics, Plant Protection, Soil Science, or Environmental Conservation.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Personal Qualifications: Excellent physical and mental health; color-blindness is not permitted.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Professional Integrity: Must not be currently bound by a service agreement with any other institution or company.
* Commitment: Willingness to enter a 3-year and 6-month service bond.
* Passion & Flexibility: A genuine interest in the palm oil industry and a willingness to be stationed at our plantation sites across South and Central Kalimantan.
