## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
As an Industrial Relation Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining harmonious workplace relations and safeguarding the company's legal interests.
Core Responsibilities
* Manage both litigation and non-litigation legal matters effectively.
* Oversee union and employee relations to foster a productive working environment.
* Draft precise legal opinions and legal standings.
* Prepare, draft, and review Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Manage external institutional relations with the Manpower Office (Disnaker) and Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* Demonstrate professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Relation Staff member within the manufacturing sector.
* Possession of an advocate certificate is strongly preferred.
* Must be willing to be based at our Plant in Gempol, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies
* Comprehensive understanding of litigation and non-litigation frameworks.
* Strong capability in formulating legal opinions and standings.
* Proficiency in drafting corporate MoUs.

We are seeking a meticulous QA Internal Audit Specialist to uphold our stringent quality assurance standards and ensure absolute product safety compliance across our operations.
Core Responsibilities
* Develop annual internal audit schedules and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
* Compile and summarize internal audit results on monthly and quarterly bases.
* Coordinate cross-functional department actions regarding internal audit findings and corrective measures.
* Execute thorough internal audits to guarantee strict adherence to corporate product safety policies.
* Facilitate and support pre-external audit inspections.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related discipline.
* Exhibit professional fluency in English, covering both oral and written communication.
* Bring at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a QA Internal Auditor in a manufacturing environment.
* Must be willing to work at our Plant in Pandaan, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies
* In-depth knowledge of Internal Audit standards based on ISO 19001:2015.
* Familiarity with BRC, HACCP, and Critical Control Point (CCP) protocols.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
