## Current Career Opportunities
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill key roles within our organization. Below are the details for our open positions:
1. Recruitment Staff (AKAD)
The Recruitment Staff for AKAD is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes to ensure our operational teams are fully staffed. You will play a vital role in manpower fulfillment, working closely with government bodies and recruitment vendors.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, administration, and interviewing.
* Execute mass hiring initiatives to meet operational labor needs, including harvesters and field maintenance teams.
* Coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower regarding AKAD, AKL, and WLKP compliance.
* Maintain active partnerships with third-party labor vendors and employment agencies.
* Conduct business travel to operational sites for direct candidate sourcing and on-site selection.
* Prepare and analyze comprehensive recruitment reports for management evaluation.
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, HR, Agriculture, or a related field.
* At least 1–2 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment workflows and labor administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for database management.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia as required.
2. Financial Monitoring Staff (KSO)
Our Financial Monitoring team is responsible for ensuring fiscal discipline and transparency within our Joint Operation (KSO) units. This role is critical in aligning operational expenditures with our strategic budget goals.
* Monitor and control daily financial transactions and operational costs for KSO units.
* Review and verify all financial documents, billing, and payment evidence.
* Conduct variance analysis between established budgets and actual realizations.
* Perform regular reconciliations between KSO reports and company records.
* Prepare systematic financial reports to support executive decision-making.
* Identify financial risks and ensure compliance with KSO contractual obligations.
* Assist in audit preparations and provide documentation for financial reviews.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial controlling, or monitoring.
* Solid grasp of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
* Familiarity with Joint Operation (KSO) financial structures is a significant advantage.
* High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple unit reports simultaneously under strict deadlines.
