* Operational Flexibility: Applicants must be willing to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and during major festive seasons.

* Legal Requirements: Must possess a valid National ID (KTP) registered with DUKCAPIL and an active BPJS Kesehatan or Kartu Indonesia Sehat card.
* Eligibility Status: Open to fresh graduates, individuals with no prior work experience, or those who have never participated in a previous internship.
* Training Readiness: Must be willing and able to undergo preliminary training at assigned AEON Store locations within the Jabodetabek area.
