## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

1. Gender & Age: Male applicants with a maximum age of 25 years old.
2. Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
3. Academic Achievement: Possess a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
4. Geographical Mobility: Fully willing to be assigned to any branch or operational unit across Indonesia.
5. Accommodation Compliance: Willing to reside in company-provided quarters (mess) throughout the duration of the training period.
6. Service Commitment: Prepared to sign and fulfill a mandatory 2-year service agreement upon acceptance.
7. Health Standards: Physically and mentally fit, with a strict requirement of not being colorblind.
8. Program Readiness: Fully committed to completing the demanding, immersive training schedule.
