Engineering & Technical Roles
* Production & Mine Plan Engineer: Responsible for mine planning, equipment productivity analysis, sequence mapping, and geological modeling.
Requirement:* S1 Degree in Geological Engineering.
* CPP Electrical Officer: Oversees the maintenance of Crushing Plants, Washing Plants, weighbridges, and electrical laboratory equipment.
Requirement:* D3 Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* CPP Mechanical Officer: Focuses on the maintenance of Crushing Plants, Washing Plants, and associated infrastructure.
Requirement:* D3 Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Information Communication Technology (ICT) Officer: Provides essential technical support and operational IT solutions.
Requirement:* D3 Degree in Informatics Engineering.
Operational Support & Management
* Supply Management & Subcontractor Management Officer: Manages procurement, vendor relations, and supply chain logistics to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirement:* D3 Degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Management, or Business Administration.
* General Services Officer: Coordinates employee needs, facility maintenance, procurement, and asset management.
Requirement:* D3 Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Planning & Technical Officer: Handles maintenance scheduling, administrative planning, and spare part management for the Coal Processing Plant (CPP).
Requirement:* D3 Degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering.
* Hauling & ROM Management Officer: Oversees coal hauling production targets, road maintenance, and logistics operations.
Requirement:* D3 Degree in Mining or Civil Engineering.
Environmental, Safety, and Strategic Roles
* Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Officer: Implements safety and environmental protocols in accordance with regulatory standards to maintain seamless site operations.
Requirement:* D3 Degree in Environmental Engineering, OHS (K3), or Civil Engineering.
* Environment Officer: Focuses on environmental management, asset security systems, and land acquisition strategies.
Requirement:* D3 Degree in Environmental Engineering.
* Management Development Officer (MD Officer): Facilitates site management in strategic policy development, communication, quality management systems, and process improvements.
Requirement:* S1 Degree in Mining Engineering.
