We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Officer to be stationed at our site location. This role is pivotal in supporting our operational success by identifying and onboarding the right talent to drive our projects forward.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Management.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar recruitment role.
* Certifications: Possession of a BEI certificate is highly preferred.
* Technical Expertise: Deep familiarity with mass recruitment concepts, methods, and WII frameworks.
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, sharp analytical thinking, and a meticulous attention to detail.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to function effectively both as an individual contributor and as part of a collaborative team.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office and experience in drafting professional recruitment reports.
* Health Requirements: Must be in good physical and mental health, with proof of a booster vaccination.
* Commitment: Full willingness to participate in the comprehensive recruitment process and potential site relocation.
