Job Description
* Facilitate day-to-day administrative duties and executive secretarial functions for the Plant Manager.
* Handle document management, scheduling, meeting coordination, business travel arrangements, and VIP guest hospitality.
* Compile, process, and present precise management reports and supporting data.
* Conduct data analysis to assist leadership in monitoring operational performance and driving strategic decisions.
* Track project timelines, monitor key targets, and execute consistent follow-ups across multiple departments.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Management.
* Bring a minimum of 1 year of professional experience working as an Administrator, Secretary, or Management Support professional within a manufacturing environment.
