1. Agronomy Assistant (Experienced)
As an Agronomy Assistant, you will act as a field leader responsible for executing daily work plans (RKH) and managing divisional operational budgets. You will ensure all field activities align with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and stringent health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or Agrotechnology. A minimum of 3 years of relevant field experience is required. Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must be willing to be stationed in Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Papua.
2. Financial Planning & Reporting
This role is critical for providing data-driven insights that guide corporate decision-making. You will be responsible for preparing management financial reports, analyzing sales performance, monitoring operational costs, and performing variance analysis.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in financial planning. Proficiency in SAP/SAP S/4HANA, financial modeling, and the ability to manage complex datasets are mandatory.
3. Key Account Officer
In this position, you will focus on managing and expanding key accounts within the FMCG sector. You will coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams, oversee budgets, and nurture relationships with buyers to ensure sales targets are consistently met.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade is required. You must possess strong negotiation skills, a sharp analytical mind, and a proven track record in promotional program management.
4. Soil Fertility Officer
Focusing on the intersection of science and production, this role involves monitoring and evaluating soil physical characteristics to optimize oil palm growth.
* Requirements: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Soil Science. Expertise in soil physics, biogeochemistry, and plant growth is required. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, R Software, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and geostatistics. This role is based at the LIBO Research facility in Riau.
5. Surveyor
The Surveyor is responsible for terrestrial survey operations, including data collection, processing, and mapping support to enhance plantation operational efficiency.
* Requirements: Minimum high school/vocational degree in Surveying and Mapping. Hands-on experience with Theodolite, Waterpass, Total Station, and GNSS-RTK equipment is required, alongside mastery of ArcGIS and AutoCAD. Must be mobile for deployment across Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Papua.
