## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Operator at PT Simco Auto Parts and Systems Indonesia, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of our production and supply chain processes. Your contributions will directly impact our operational efficiency and the quality of the automotive parts we deliver to our partners.
Core Responsibilities
* Production Support: Operate production machinery in strict accordance with established Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute basic equipment maintenance tasks, including routine lubrication, visual inspections, and minor part replacements to ensure machine longevity.
* Logistics Management: Oversee the organization of inventory, including accurate storage, methodical recording of goods, and efficient packaging processes.
* Operational Mobility: Utilize your active Class A driver's license to support operational duties and safely operate forklift machinery within the facility.
* System Documentation: Manage inventory data using basic computer systems or manual tracking methods, specifically utilizing Excel for reporting.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess both technical proficiency and a proactive mindset. To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or vocational degree (SMA/SMK). Preference is given to candidates with backgrounds in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial maintenance.
* Technical Skillset: Proficiency in 5S methodologies (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and a strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Soft Skills: Strong initiative, a high sense of personal responsibility, excellent teamwork capabilities, and clear communication skills.
* Operational Requirements: Must hold a valid Class A driver's license and possess the ability to operate a forklift effectively.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to record-keeping, packaging standards, and equipment maintenance.
