## Job Role and Responsibilities: QA Staff
As a Quality Assurance Staff member at our manufacturing plant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards that our global clients expect. Your day-to-day duties will encompass:
* Monitoring and supervising production materials comprehensively, spanning from raw material intake through to finished goods.
* Executing thorough inspections, verifications, and testing procedures in strict accordance with company benchmarks.
* Validating that all mandated quality testing protocols are properly and meticulously carried out.
* Determining the final disposition and market readiness of all manufactured goods.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this dynamic manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional working experience in a related field.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with timber products, precise measurements, material specifications, and various wood species.
* Process Understanding: Comprehensive grasp of end-to-end manufacturing workflows and production flows.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams as well as operate independently with minimal supervision.
* Location: Willingness to be stationed on-site at our facility in Jombang, East Java.
