Available Tracks
We are seeking motivated individuals for the following streams:
1. MT Estate: Open to candidates with a Diploma (D3) degree or higher in Plantation, Agriculture, or related fields.
2. MT Shipping: Open to candidates with a Diploma (D3) degree or higher in Maritime Studies (KALK), Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering (ETO).
General Requirements
* Fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Must be currently unmarried.
* Willing to undergo intensive training at our operational sites.
* Must be ready for placement in Central Kalimantan.
Program Structure
Successful candidates will embark on a structured journey designed to build leadership and technical mastery:
* Phase 1: Three months of intensive foundational training.
* Phase 2: Nine months of hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT).
