1. Emergency Response Team (ERT)
* Requirements: Minimum age of 18; height at least 163 cm with an ideal body weight. High school (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Experience: Proven background in emergency response, rescue operations, or firefighting.
* Attributes: Exceptional teamwork, discipline, and willingness to work at any PT SIS location.
2. Admin Support General Services
* Requirements: High school (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data processing, document archiving, and administrative reporting.
* Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
3. Group Leader – Production
* Requirements: High school diploma with 2–3 years of experience as a Production Group Leader or Foreman.
Certification: Valid Pengawas Operasional Pertama* (POP) certification is mandatory.
* Focus: Managing daily overburden removal, coal extraction, heavy equipment productivity, and HES compliance.
4. Group Leader – SHE
* Requirements: D3 degree, preferably in Mining Engineering or Occupational Safety.

* Expertise: Skilled in HIRADC/JSA principles; AK3U certification is a significant advantage.
5. Officer – General Affair
* Requirements: D3 degree in any field with 2 years of experience in mining or EPC sectors.
