## Position: Formulation Operator (Daily Worker)
We are currently looking for a meticulous Formulation Operator to support our production and research processes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that our softgel products meet the highest industry standards.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) diploma in Pharmacy.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar formulation or production role.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to handle ingredient mixing, weighing, and precise measurement procedures.
* Equipment Handling: Experience in operating pilot-scale and standard laboratory machinery.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A solid grasp of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and occupational health and safety (K3) standards.
* Personal Attributes: High levels of responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment while adhering to strict production timelines.
