## 1. Head of Personnel & Industrial Relations Department
This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining a healthy workplace environment and ensuring legal compliance across all labor matters.
* Foster harmonious industrial relations through proactive conflict resolution and labor consultation.
* Maintain an accurate, secure, and well-documented employee database and administrative system.
* Oversee the implementation of Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) and internal company regulations.
* Manage accurate payroll processing, employee benefits, and social security (BPJS) administration.
* Control personnel costs and optimize employee welfare programs.
* Supervise and mentor subordinate staff to ensure peak performance.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or Psychology.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR/Personnel and Industrial Relations.
* Proven track record in managing industrial disputes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in drafting Company Regulations (PP) and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).
* Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor laws.
## 2. Head of Human Resources Development (HRD) Department

* Develop strategic workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
* Manage an effective performance management system, including the design and evaluation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Execute training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
* Oversee talent management and career progression frameworks.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
* Manage HRD administration, budgeting, and reporting.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development.
* Expertise in workforce planning, job analysis, job descriptions, and workload analysis (WLA).
* Skilled in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and managing learning initiatives.
* Proficient in KPI implementation and recruitment methodologies.
## 3. Human Resources (HR) Staff

* Support HR planning and long-term development initiatives.
* Maintain organized and timely HR documentation and databases.
* Propose and coordinate professional training programs.
* Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
* Conduct employee performance evaluations in collaboration with department managers.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or HR Management.
* At least 1 year of experience in HR development is highly preferred.
