* Emergency Response: Report immediately to the control room during a unit trip or upon direct instruction from the Shift Leader, Unit Controller, or Assistant Unit Controller to support rapid incident resolution and status monitoring.
* Startup Assistance: Assist the control room team during planned facility startups, adapting to varying technical demands and urgency levels.
* Local Equipment Operation: Operate designated equipment directly from the local control room under the remote guidance of the Central Control Room's Unit Controller.
