## Open Recruitment: KOPKARLEN Contract Positions
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following roles based at our headquarters in Bandung.
1. Functional Safety Engineer
* Qualifications: D4/S1 degree in Electrical, Physics, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
* Expertise: Deep understanding of Functional Safety processes, including Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Verification & Validation (V&V).
* Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of PHA, FMEA/FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and Hazard Logs.
* Standards: Familiarity with IEC 61508, MIL-STD-882, ARP4761, or ARP4754 is highly preferred.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and a proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
2. Software Analyst
* Qualifications: D4/S1 degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* Core Skills: Proficient in data structures, bit/byte representation, and binary/hexadecimal systems.
* Design & Documentation: Skilled in creating UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, Class) and drafting technical documentation like SRS, SDD/SDS, and ICD.
* Networking: Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, unicast/multicast/broadcast protocols, and socket communication.
* Methodology: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, including managing backlogs and user stories.
3. Software Engineer
* Qualifications: D4/S1 degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
* Programming: Mastery of Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and clean coding principles (SOLID).
* Development: Proficient in multithreading, concurrency, asynchronous processing, and database integration (SQL).
* Tooling: Skilled in using JUnit for testing, Maven/Gradle for dependency management, and Git for version control.
* Architecture: Strong grasp of layered architecture, service-based designs, and network programming.
4. Legal Specialist Staff
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
* Credentials: Must possess an active Advocate Identification Card (KTA) and an official Oath Report (Berita Acara Sumpah).
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a reputable law firm.
* Legal Expertise: Proven track record in legal drafting, corporate contract review, and litigation.
* Distinction: Candidates with past achievements in national or international legal competitions will be prioritized.
* Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
