## Available Positions
1. Information Development Staff (Subject: Staf PSI)
* Key Responsibilities: Design and develop support systems, ensure compliance with established standards, perform periodic evaluations, manage system documentation, and collaborate with internal/external teams and vendors.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (A/Excellent accreditation) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Informatics Engineering. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, or .NET is required. Strong SQL query tuning skills and familiarity with modular programming are preferred. TOEFL score ≥ 450 (last 2 years).
2. Investment Product Administration Staff (Subject: Staf API)
* Key Responsibilities: Manage operational projects for investment products, oversee data migration, manage investor data, prepare routine reports, and provide user support.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (A accreditation) in Economics, Accounting, Management, or Industrial Engineering. 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Understanding of the mutual fund industry and relevant certifications (WPPE/WMI) are advantageous. TOEFL score ≥ 450 (last 2 years).
3. Business Development Staff (Subject: Staf PUS)
* Key Responsibilities: Perform business requirement analysis, document specifications, create user guides, conduct training sessions, and collaborate on system enhancements.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (GPA ≥ 3.00, A accreditation) in STEM, IT, or Management. Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Fintech, or Banking. Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and business modeling tools. Certifications (WPPE/WMI/WPEE) and Business Analyst credentials are a plus. TOEFL score ≥ 500.
4. Account Management Staff (Subject: Staf PRK)
* Key Responsibilities: Review and approve investor account modifications, handle registration/closure of account holders, monitor account activity, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (A accreditation) in Economics, Accounting, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science. 1–2 years of capital market experience is preferred. TOEFL score ≥ 450 (last 2 years).
5. Transaction Settlement Staff (Subject: Staf PTR)
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily securities and fund settlement activities, ensure compliance with schedules, and coordinate the resolution of operational bottlenecks.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (A/Excellent accreditation) in Accounting, Economics, or Management. 1–2 years of experience in capital markets or banking is required. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory. TOEFL score ≥ 450 (last 2 years).
6. IT Operations Staff (Subject: Staf OTI)
* Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain IT systems, perform troubleshooting for applications and databases, assist with system administration, and support information system projects.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (A/Excellent accreditation) in IT or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in IT operations or development is preferred. Must be proficient in Linux/Unix and SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL). TOEFL score ≥ 450 (last 2 years).
7. Information System Security Staff (Subject: Staf KSI)
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct cyber-threat assessments, perform vulnerability mitigation, manage security tools (SIEM/DLP), and lead incident response investigations.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (A/Excellent accreditation) in IT/Computer Science. 1–2 years of experience in IT security, network architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks. Relevant certifications (ISO 27001, CEH, Security+) are highly valued. TOEFL score ≥ 450 (last 2 years).
8. IT Network and Infrastructure Staff (Subject: Staf JTI)
* Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain KSEI’s network systems, provide access support, and resolve network-related performance issues.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (A/Excellent accreditation) in IT or related fields. Strong skills in configuring routers, firewalls, and switches are required. CCNA certification is highly preferred. TOEFL score ≥ 450 (last 2 years).
