## Join Our Team: HRGA Site Specialist
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRGA Site Specialist to join our operations in West Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our administrative functions, site facilities, and general affairs align with regulatory standards and effectively support our expansive plantation activities.
Key Responsibilities
The HRGA Site Specialist acts as the backbone of our site operations, bridging the gap between human resource management and essential facility upkeep.
* Oversee the full lifecycle of employee data, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding procedures.
* Monitor daily attendance, enforce workplace discipline, and maintain rigorous compliance with labor regulations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between site management, our Jakarta Head Office, and relevant external stakeholders.
* Prepare consistent monitoring and evaluation reports to optimize HR performance.
* Manage onsite housing and mess facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident comfort.
* Supervise the maintenance and administrative documentation—including tax compliance—for all operational vehicles.
* Conduct regular audits of facility equipment and operational tools to ensure peak functionality.
* Actively manage employee-related assets and resolve feedback regarding site services to continuously improve the workplace environment.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong professional background and the flexibility required for plantation operations:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Law or Human Resource Management.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR or General Affairs roles.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at our plantation sites in West Kalimantan.
