## Available Internship Positions
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our various departments. Please review the specific requirements and responsibilities for each role below:
1. Public Relations
Responsibilities: Contributing to the monthly production of Enermia* Magazine, assisting in stakeholder meetings, and supporting corporate events.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication Science.
2. Sociology
* Responsibilities: Engaging with the Sustainability Social & Environment unit, developing community economic development plans, conducting social mapping, monitoring and evaluation (Monev), and analyzing Social Return on Investment (SROI) and community satisfaction indices.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Sociology.
3. Budgeting and Accounting
* Responsibilities: Assisting in financial operations and gaining practical exposure to tax administration.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D1) to Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
4. Forest Management and Watershed Rehabilitation (Technical)
* Responsibilities: Conducting soil moisture analysis for reclamation land, tracking land cover changes, analyzing land subsidence, and performing soil permeability testing.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Soil Science or Agriculture.
5. Heavy Equipment Maintenance and Workshop
This track includes three specialized focus areas:
* Heavy Equipment Mechanic: Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, as well as troubleshooting, midlife overhauls, and continuous improvement programs.
* Welder and Machine Tool Operator: Managing welding operations and utilizing tools such as lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, and line boring equipment.
* Maintenance Planner: Developing maintenance schedules, managing spare part requirements, analyzing equipment data, and creating work orders.
* Qualifications: SMA/SMK through Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Maintenance, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Welding, or related industrial machine operation fields.
6. Mining Operations (PIT Banko Tengah A)
* Responsibilities: Gaining hands-on experience in coal mining activities, understanding mining methodologies, and learning to calculate heavy equipment productivity.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
