## General Candidate Requirements
To ensure our teams consist of qualified industry specialists, applicants must meet the following baseline experience criteria:
* Mineral Mining Background: Previous working experience within the mineral mining sector is strongly preferred for all roles.
* Senior-Level Positions (Supervisor and Above): A minimum of 5 years of relevant, hands-on experience in the exact same role and level.
* Staff-Level Positions: A minimum of 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience in the exact same role and level.
Specialized Role Requirements
* Financial Roles (Positions 4–6, 14): Proven expertise in cost accounting and financial reporting.
* Costing Specialists (Positions 6, 14): Deep understanding and practical experience with COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured).
* Accounting Candidates (Position 4): Prior professional experience working as an external auditor.
* Civil Engineering (Position 8): Proficiency in AutoCAD specifically applied to road construction projects.
* Legal Personnel (Position 17): Local candidates residing in Sulawesi are prioritized.
* Office Leadership (Position 12): Comprehensive background spanning both finance and logistics operations.
* Marketing Management (Position 7): Ability to conduct business negotiations fluently in Mandarin.
