## Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will act as a vital communication bridge between local staff and Japanese expatriates while overseeing critical administrative and operational domains. Key duties include:
* Interpretation & Translation: Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during management meetings, internal discussions, training sessions, audits, plant visits, and daily operations. Translate vital written documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), employment contracts, technical reports, and official corporate correspondence accurately and on schedule.
* Meeting Documentation: Record, draft, and organize comprehensive meeting minutes in both Japanese and Indonesian for cross-functional evaluations and executive sessions.
* Expatriate Support & Legal Compliance: Manage expatriate licensing processes—including work permits and visas—to guarantee full compliance with local regulatory frameworks. Handle general industrial relations tasks as required.
* General Affairs & Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the daily schedules, task allocations, and performance evaluations of security personnel and company drivers. Oversee the fleet management system, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and administrative upkeep.
* Infrastructure Oversight: Monitor and maintain general company infrastructure alongside providing ad-hoc administrative support for scheduling and report generation.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or an equivalent discipline. Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply, though candidates with at least one year of relevant professional experience will be given priority.
