* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Licensure: Possession of an active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
* Certification: Must hold current certifications in NICU specialization and BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support).
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a NICU head nurse or staff nurse in a NICU/PICU environment.
* Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and ward management proficiency.
Inpatient Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized professional with the following qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Licensure: Possession of an active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Unit Head or Inpatient Coordinator.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) and strong managerial capabilities.
* Certification: Must possess an active BTCLS certificate. Completion of "Ward Management" training is highly advantageous.
