## Key Management Trainee Pathways
We offer several specialized tracks for the Management Trainee program, each tailored to specific operational domains within our plantation and milling infrastructure.
1. MT – Plantation
This track focuses on the cultivation and management of our vast agricultural estates.
* Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Forestry, or Agricultural Industrial Technology.
* Minimum GPA: 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum 28 years old.
* Status: Single.
2. MT – Mill Processing
