In Indonesia, Eni maintains a strategic footprint through 14 Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs), serving as the operator for 10 of these ventures. These projects span from the western reaches of Aceh to the eastern frontiers of Papua, reflecting the company’s commitment to balanced risk management and high-impact hydrocarbon exploration. ## General Eligibility Requirements
We are seeking high-potential fresh graduates to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. To be considered for an internship position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S-1).
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00.
* Graduation Status: Fresh graduate (no more than one year since graduation based on your certificate or graduation letter).
* Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
* Duration & Location: The program spans six months based at the Eni Jakarta Office, Pondok Indah Office Tower 3.
## Available Internship Opportunities
1. Supply Chain Management (SCM) & Procurement
* Vendor Management Intern: Focuses on procurement planning, contract monitoring, and audit support. Preferably graduates from Information Systems.
2. Projects Development
* Project Services Intern: Assists in daily scheduling, progress reporting, and documentation. Open to Engineering or Business Administration graduates who are fluent in English.
3. Operations
* Logistic Intern: Manages pre-award documentation and contract execution analysis.
* LNG Operations Intern: Monitors production parameters and manages inventory forecasts for Chemical or Mechanical Engineering graduates.
* Drilling (Engineering, Completion, & Contract): Roles centered on supporting drilling programs, subsea completion, and tender processes for Petroleum Engineering graduates.
4. Sustainability & External Relations
* Permit and License Intern: Assists in regulatory analysis and government coordination.
* Sustainability Intern: Supports community and environmental projects. Open to Law, Psychology, Communication, or Social Science graduates.
5. Finance Department
* Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Tax, and Budget Analyst Interns: Critical roles for Accounting and Economics graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and SAP system management.
6. Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ)
* HSEQ Management System Intern: Focuses on database management and contractor performance monitoring.
* Environment Intern: Supports environmental studies and waste management initiatives for Science and Engineering graduates.
7. Human Resources (HR)
* Training and Development Intern: Assists in managing company development programs and budget tracking.
* HR Services Intern: Provides critical administrative support for recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
