## General Application Prerequisites
Before submitting your credentials through the online portal, ensure you meet the foundational eligibility criteria required for all prospective faculty members at UMS:
* Nationality and Faith: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) and practice the Islamic faith.
* Age Limitations:
* Maximum 30 years old for Master's degree (S2) holders.
* Maximum 40 years old for Doctoral degree (S3) holders and Specialist Doctors.
* Legal Clearance: Possess a clean criminal record verified by an official Police Record Certificate (SKCK).
* Academic Background:
For Master’s Applicants:* Minimum GPA of 3.50 (out of 4.0) for the Master's degree with a study duration of up to 3 years; minimum GPA of 3.25 for the Bachelor's degree with a study duration of up to 5 years. Degrees must be strictly linear.
For Doctoral Applicants:* Minimum Master's GPA of 3.50 (3-year max study duration) and Bachelor's GPA of 3.25 (5-year max study duration), accompanied by publications in reputable international journals.
* Language Proficiency: Valid certificates showing a minimum TOEFL ITP score of 525, IELTS 5.5, TOEFL CBT 195, TOEFL IBT 61, or TOAFL 500.

## Recruitment Selection Stages
Candidates who successfully pass the initial administrative screening will be invited to participate in the computer-based assessment process.
* Test Components: English Language Proficiency Test and Academic Potential Test (TPA). Applicants who already possess valid TKBI and TKDA scores from a Ministry-recognized institution are exempt.
* Schedule: Monday through Friday, operating strictly between 08:00 and 11:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB).
