1. Telecommunications Technician
* Education: D.IV or D.III in Air Navigation and Telecommunications Engineering.
* Mandatory: Must hold valid licenses and ratings, along with a TOEIC score of at least 405 (Intermediate level).
2. Software & Network Engineering Administrative Staff
* Education: S.1, D.IV, or D.III in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications/Networking concentration).
* Mandatory: TOEFL ITP certificate with a minimum score of 500 (issued in 2026).
3. Creative Design & Digital Product Administrative Staff
* Education: S.1 or D.III in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or Digital Product Design.
* Mandatory: TOEFL ITP certificate with a minimum score of 500 (issued in 2026).
4. Accounting Administrative Staff
* Education: S.1 or D.III in Accounting.

## General Application Criteria

* Indonesian citizen with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Must be physically and mentally fit.
* Minimum height requirements: 160 cm for men and 155 cm for women, with an ideal body weight.

* Willingness to be deployed across all AirNav Indonesia work areas, with a specific focus on 3T regions (Frontier, Outermost, and Underdeveloped).
