1. Group Leader Fuel
This role is responsible for overseeing the distribution of fuel (bio-diesel) and managing fuel stations and tanker trucks. You will ensure that all receiving and distribution processes comply with safety procedures and production schedules.
* Requirements: High School Diploma (Science/Social Studies).
* Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role.
* Key Skills: POP Certification, proficiency in Fuel Management Systems or ERP software, and expertise in maintaining high standards of data accuracy and 5R workplace safety.
2. Group Leader Purchasing
You will manage and evaluate procurement documents, including purchase orders, quotations, and invoices, ensuring that all site operations are supplied on time and within budget.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: 2–3 years of experience.
* Key Skills: Strong commitment to K3PLM (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, vendor evaluation, and systematic reporting of order status.
3. Group Leader General Service
This position focuses on maintaining high-quality office operations, staff housing (mess), and facility management, including catering, housekeeping, and maintenance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Hospitality.
* Experience: 2–3 years in Housekeeping, MEP, or Infrastructure management.
* Key Skills: Ability to manage facility databases and supporting software to ensure a comfortable working and living environment.
4. Group Leader Transportation
Responsible for planning and managing the daily vehicle fleet and driver schedules to ensure operational readiness.
* Requirements: High School Diploma (Science).
* Experience: 2–3 years of experience in transportation management.
5. Group Leader Production
This leadership role oversees core mining production activities to ensure goals are met efficiently.
* Requirements: High School Diploma (Science/Social Studies).
* Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in mining production environments.
6. Group Leader Support Equipment (Maintenance)
You will lead the maintenance and repair of support units such as water trucks, lube trucks, and fuel trucks, as well as tire management for heavy equipment.
* Requirements: Vocational School (SMK) in Mechanical, Heavy Equipment, or Automotive Engineering.
* Experience: 3 years in a similar role.
* Key Skills: POP Certification, Lifting Supervisor/Rigger certification (preferred), proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, and ability to manage man-power and operational planning.
